Once again we are going to organise a children’s party on Sunday the 13th December 2015 at Harlow Masonic Hall, commencing at 1.00pm and finishing at 4.30pm.

The party is open to all members’ children, grandchildren and other relatives with a strict age limit between 4 and 9 years old. The afternoon will include a buffet style meal, entertainment by Andy Clockwise who is sure to keep the children laughing and a present from Father Christmas (all children receive a present which is age/gender appropriate).

Places are reserved by by emailing Ian Tarran, iantarran@hotmail.com before the 21st November 2015. Due to the popularity of this event we must limit the number of children attending to 65, on a first come first serve basis. Because of the limited number of spaces available (65), bookings will be confirmed by HMHSC secretary Ian Tarran.

As in previous years you will know that the Children’s Christmas Party very much relies on the generous donations received from Lodges and other Units meeting at the Hall and we sincerely thank you for your donations. Last year the party cost in excess of £1,200 and we had to dip into our reserves to help pay for it. I would therefore, make an appeal to your lodge for some financial support towards the running expenses of the Party, and could I respectfully ask you to review the donation you make taking account of how much more things cost these days.

The Party is also being sponsored by SWM Factors, CHOGOU.co.uk , Smiles Montessori Nursery,  and Bruce Maintenance Services,  all of  who have assisted us in The Children’s Party, and with the decorations for The Hall.

If any one else wants to sponsor us with a separate donation this will be welcomed.
